Kids Yoga – Term 1
Ages: school grade 3 – grade 7
Dates: 10th February – 31st March (8 weeks)
Time: 4.15pm – 5.15pm

Through both energising and relaxing activities our little yogis explore themes around self-confidence, happiness, courage, connection, creativity, uniqueness, growth, gratitude and more.
We do this through visualisation, yoga postures, breath,
games, partner and group work, meditation and relaxation.
Establishing an understanding of body, mind, breath and emotions your child builds a toolkit to serve them in their life off the mat.
Enthusiasm, creativity and a sense of belonging is encouraged with our little tribe.
Always a fun, energetic, relaxing and rewarding afternoon. The kids LOVE it!
This term we have new games, new themes and new experiences to explore. Be prepared for lots of fun with lovely Amanda.
