Be your own massage therapist!

Experience the magic of roll & restore using myofascial release (MFR) balls to target trigger points in the body and release tension in the connective tissues (also known as fascia). This workshop will give you an introduction to fascia, the importance of myofascial release and the techniques you need to give yourself a massage to keep your fascia healthy and happy.

This is a treat for anyone who feels tense and stiff from desk-bound jobs, poor posture, long flights, stress, as well as those of you who are new mums, training for sports, or recovering from injury.  MFR helps to restore motion, enhance tissue strength, promote circulation, and so much more.

The session will teach you how to use MFR balls on tense and tight areas in your body and experience some yin yoga poses to allow the body to integrate and absorb the benefits of the release work.

MFR can:

  • relieve tension and pain in your tissues, including muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia.
  • improve mobility and range of movement
  • boost circulation and promote the body’s self-healing processes
  • be a simple yet effective self-care tool whenever you need it
  • prevent injury and support recovery
