Embodied Flow
Embodied Flow classes are suitable for the beginner and seasoned practitioner.
Using yoga and somatic techniques, we connect with our body and the internal experience to cultivate a sense of awareness and integrate body, mind and spirit. We gain insight and develop our capacity to be with more as we build strength and flexibility in both body and mind. These classes gracefully flow through gentle and challenging yoga experiences from floor work to standing postures and incorporate breath, balance, mobility, functional movement, self-awareness, acceptance and deep relaxation.
Classes are layered and everything offered is an invitation, empowering you to choose an approach and intensity that feels right to you in the moment.
Embodied Flow is empowering, it builds strength, stability, balance and flexibility both on the mat and in our lives off the mat. It helps us to relieve stress and tension, connect safely within, be fully present, and find calm (even when challenged) and it keeps our physical body toned, flexible and strong.
Welcome yourself home to your body.
Note about ‘Embodied Flow (Strong)’
All Embodied Flow classes offer strength, and are inclusive. Classes noted ‘Strong’ highlights there will be the opportunity to build to a strong/challenging practice within the class.
“And I said to my body, softly,
‘I want to be your friend.’
It took a long breath and replied,
‘I have been waiting my whole life for this.’”

Somatic Rest
Somatic Rest classes are suitable for the beginner and seasoned practitioner.
Restorative yoga is a gentle, nourishing and therapeutic style of yoga that uses props to support the body and deepen the benefit of long-held, mostly still poses. It incorporates therapeutic yoga, somatic work and other embodied body-mind practices to deepen self-awareness.
It is a soothing, nurturing practice that brings a sense of balance and restoration to the nervous system, promotes the effects of conscious relaxation, and brings you into the healing capability of your own body.
Beautiful as a complement to our often hectic and fast paced lives, restorative yoga can be especially beneficial when experiencing anxiety, stress, illness, fatigue or injury.

We’ll conclude with a calming relaxation to integrate the benefits of the class, allowing your body and mind to restore and rejuvenate.
Mindful Yin
Our Mindful Yin classes are suitable for the beginner and seasoned practitioner.
Yin yoga is a meditative floor based practice that involves stillness and passively holding poses for longer periods of time, usually 3-5 minutes. With a sense of curiosity and acceptance, we explore the present moment experience without expectation or judgement.
These longer holds stretch and release the connective tissue of the body, increase circulation in the joints, improve flexibility and energy flow, cultivate inner awareness and promote relaxation.
Yin is the perfect complement to other physical practices and often hectic lifestyle, it leaves you feeling nurtured, spacious and at ease.
