This workshop is inspired by the Five Sacred Guardians — ancient symbols in Chinese philosophy that reflect the natural cycles of growth, transformation, and release.
In a world that moves quickly, it’s easy to feel out of rhythm. This session offers a space to slow down, reset, and reconnect with your body through gentle, mindful movement.
What to expect:
You’ll be guided through a Qigong practice inspired by each of the Five Sacred Guardians – the Green Dragon, Vermillion Bird, Yellow Snake, White Tiger, and Black Tortoise, each representing a different quality of energy and phase of change.
Through slow, intentional movement and breath, you’ll begin to soften tension, settle the mind, and allow your energy to move more freely.
The session will gradually ease into stillness, giving you time to integrate, rest, and reconnect with a quieter, more grounded state.
What you’ll take home:
A sense of calm and clarity that extends beyond the session
A deeper connection to your body and breath
Simple, grounding practices you can return to when life feels full
