Alignment Flow
A slower, alignment focused vinyasa class. Great for all levels including beginners so you can get your alignment right from the start!
Vinyasa yoga synchronises our movement with our breath, so each pose flows gracefully into the next. Alignment Flow explores the fundamental poses of yoga, from sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, backbends and inversions right down to floor postures and breath work with a strong alignment focus.
Vinyasa yoga builds strength, stability, balance and flexibility both on the mat and in our lives off the mat. It helps us to relieve stress and tension, connect, be present and find calm with the added benefits of toning and strengthening the body. These classes will give you more understanding and more confidence in your yoga practice.
Slow Flow
For all levels. A slow vinyasa flow with longer holds to experience each posture in more depth. Longer can often equal stronger. Vinyasa yoga synchronises our movement with our breath, so each pose flows gracefully into the next.
Vinyasa yoga builds strength, stability, balance and flexibility both on the mat and in our lives off the mat. It helps us to relieve stress and tension, connect, be present and find calm with the added benefits of toning and strengthening the body.

RESTORE
Restorative yoga is a gentle and therapeutic style of yoga that uses props to support the body and deepen the benefit of the poses.
It is a soothing, nurturing practice that promotes the effects of conscious relaxation and brings you into the healing capability of your own body.
Beautiful as a complement to your other yoga practices, restorative yoga is especially beneficial when going through trauma, illness or injury.
GENTLE
Gentle Yoga is an inclusive practice offering the full range of yoga benefits to those on the mend from injury and who need to work gently. Best for pregnant and post-natal women, for those managing their body and mind through illness or whose body is feeling the test of time.
This class is for any student wishing to gain the benefits of yoga through a more gentle practice that still offers strength, stability, mobility, meditation and relaxation. We use props, chairs, walls and anything that makes the practice more accessible.
And, for those of you with that one last question, no, you don’t need to be able to sit on the floor (unless you are comfortable to do so). Welcome to The Retreat.
