Embodied Group Process is the next step after Mindful Somatic Yoga Therapy (MSYT). While MSYT offered an individual journey of nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and embodied awareness, this 6-week group experience brings that work into the relational field—where deeper healing unfolds through connection.
This is not a yoga class. It’s a trauma-informed, psychoeducational, and experiential group that blends somatic inquiry, parts work, partner practices, and supported group dialogue. Together, we explore how our patterns, emotions, and protective parts show up in relationship—with others and with ourselves.
To join, completion of MSYT is required. It lays the foundation of safety and self-awareness needed to meaningfully engage in this next stage of growth.
