Embodied Flow
Strength and ease in motion – connect body, mind, and breath to feel strong, grounded and alive.
Embodied Flow is an invigorating practice, weaving yoga and somatic techniques into creative, flowing sequences that cultivate self awareness and build strength, balance, and resilience. Expect a more dynamic pace than our other classes – yet always offered with choice, so you can explore your edge or soften back when needed.
These classes are a practice of strength, ease, and self-connection – ideal for both beginners and experienced yogis. Through graceful sequences of floor and standing postures, you’ll cultivate mobility, vitality and calm while staying attuned to your breath. Every movement is an invitation, empowering you to choose your own intensity and move in a way that feels right for you.
Embodied Flow is about more than physical fitness – it’s about finding calm in challenge, learning to release stress, and coming home to yourself. Expect to leave class feeling both stronger and more at ease, toned yet relaxed, empowered yet grounded. Classes marked “Strong” simply offer the option to progress toward a more challenging practice, always with space to adapt. Welcome yourself back into your body – vital, steady, and alive.
Mindful Yin
Slow down, soften, and restore – long, nourishing holds to bring spaciousness and calm.
Mindful Yin offers a meditative practice of stillness, presence, and deep release. Suitable for all levels, this class invites you to slow down and soften through long-held, floor-based poses (3-5 minutes). With curiosity and acceptance, we gently explore our edges—meeting sensations with presence rather than force—inviting a deeper connection to body and mind and allowing tension to unravel layer by layer. Yin stretches and nourishes the connective tissues, stimulates circulation, supports joint health, and restores the body’s natural energy flow. At the same time, it cultivates patience, mindfulness, and inner spaciousness. In a world that often feels busy and relentless, Yin provides the counterbalance: quiet, nurturing, and restorative. It complements stronger physical practices and busy lifestyles, leaving you feeling open, replenished, and deeply at ease. Perfect for those wanting to stay supple and vital as they age, and equally supportive for those navigating stress or fatigue, Mindful Yin offers a sanctuary for the body and a calm refuge for the mind.
Flow Foundations (4-week cycle)
Flow Foundations is a supportive 4-week program designed to give you confidence and clarity as you begin or refine your yoga practice. Guided at a gentle pace, you’ll learn safe alignment, breath awareness, and the key movements that build strength, balance, and ease. Each week focuses on a different theme, so you gradually build skills, understanding, and trust in your body:
✨ Breath & Foundations – connecting breath with movement, finding safe alignment and ease in the basics
✨ Strength & Stability – standing postures & balance
✨ Flexibility & Flow – floor-based movement & sun salutations
✨ Integration & Restoration – bringing it all together with a taste of Yin and Restorative practice
This program pairs perfectly with our 4-Week Intro Pass, giving you the chance to attend the Foundations series while also exploring other classes on our timetable. That way, you can discover which styles resonate with you – whether you’re seeking strength, calm, mobility, or rest.
Flow Foundations is welcoming for complete beginners and valuable for anyone wanting to revisit the essentials. Everything offered is supportive and invitational, so you can build confidence at your own pace. You’re welcome to repeat the Foundations cycle as many times as you like – each time feeling more grounded in the essentials and ready to join any of our classes with strength, ease, and self-assurance.
Somatic Rest
Deep rest for body and mind—settle your nervous system and let restoration and healing unfold.
Somatic Rest is a soothing, therapeutic class designed to restore balance to body and mind. Using gentle, long-held poses supported by props, this practice allows you to completely release effort while inviting the body into deep relaxation. Drawing on restorative yoga, somatic work, and embodied awareness practices, it creates space for the nervous system to settle, stress to dissolve, and natural healing to unfold. This is yoga as medicine – a nurturing practice especially helpful during times of anxiety, burnout, illness, fatigue, or recovery from injury. In a culture that often demands constant output, Somatic Rest reminds us of the power of slowing down. Each class is an opportunity to connect with your own capacity for healing and to leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded. Ideal for anyone craving true rest, Somatic Rest is your invitation to pause, restore, and return to life with more ease, clarity, and energy.
Strength & Balance
Build strength, stability, and vitality – functional movement for confidence now and as we age.
Strength & Balance is a dynamic class designed to build functional strength, stability, and confidence in movement. Blending yoga, Pilates, and light cardio, you’ll move through energising sequences that strengthen muscles, activate your core, and boost endurance-all while keeping the practice mindful and accessible. Every class includes balance-focused work to improve coordination and prevent injury, along with cardio intervals to support heart health and vitality. Adaptable to a range of fitness levels, this class is perfect for anyone wanting to stay strong, mobile, and capable as we age. You’ll finish with a calming relaxation to integrate the benefits, leaving you both invigorated and restored. Strength & Balance supports those seeking a complete, well-rounded workout to maintain vitality, or anyone who enjoys a fun, energising approach to fitness. Expect to leave class stronger, steadier, and ready to move through life with more energy and ease.
Gentle Mobility
Gentle, mindful movement to release tension, improve flexibility, and find calm.
Gentle Mobility is a calming practice that combines mindful movement with moments of stillness to release tension, enhance flexibility, and promote overall mobility. Designed for all levels, it’s a supportive and accessible way to stay moving without strain. Classes begin with fluid, opening sequences before transitioning into gentle stretches and poses that ease the body into comfort. Each variation – Sound Bowls, Somatic Meditation, or Qi Gong & Breath – adds a unique dimension. With Sound Bowls, healing vibrations support relaxation and nervous system balance. With Somatic Meditation, mindful awareness deepens body connection and releases stored tension. With Qi Gong & Breath, ancient practices cultivate energy, vitality, and resilience. Gentle Mobility is perfect for those who feel stiff, tense, or depleted, or anyone seeking a gentle yet effective way to reconnect with their body. It offers movement without overwhelm, space without pressure, and leaves you feeling calmer, lighter, and more alive.
“And I said to my body, softly,
‘I want to be your friend.’
It took a long breath and replied,
‘I have been waiting my whole life for this.’”
