Rather than something to push through or fix, Traditional Chinese Medicine views menopause as The Second Spring – a profound season of transformation, inviting greater wisdom, clarity and renewal.
In this nurturing workshop, Vickie will introduce you to the gentle practice of Qigong, an ancient movement practice that supports the body through life’s natural transitions.
Through mindful movement, breath and quiet listening, you’ll learn how to work with your body rather than against it, cultivating steadiness, ease and renewed vitality.
